Enter at PARKING LOT C (follow signs for drop off).

Prior to Drop-Off:
1.  Arrange clothing according to size and gender.
2.  Bring items clean, hung and tagged (best if ironed).
3.  Verify your Consignor #, Star is present (if applicable), “Donate” (if applicable), Size & Price is printed (multiple item pieces should only have one barcoded tag with a price, additional tags must be manual tags with no price).
4.  Verify your 2-hour Breakdown Help Shift if you are picking up unsold items.
5.  Make sure tags are pinned to upper right hand corner of clothing or with a tagging gun, you can pin through the item's size tag.  Place a piece of clear packing tape over safety pins for added security.  For non-clothing items, use clear packing tape to tape the top of the tag only (do not cover the barcode with tape).
6.  The hanger hook should make a “question mark” – hook to left.  Check out our How To Tag page for additional instructions.

If you are Volunteering at Drop-Off:
You may drop off your items immediately following your Volunteer Shift, even though this may be outside your listed drop off time.  Please complete your volunteer shift first, then begin bringing your items in for check-in.

Saturday drop-off will be on Saturday,  September 26th, 9:00 am - 10:00 am ONLY.  You will have to park and bring your items in.  If you have bulky items please contact us so we can plan accordingly.

 Your Check

Profit checks will be mailed within two weeks following the last day of the sale.  We will subtract the 35% and a $10 Consignor Registration Fee from your check (or 30% if you completed your volunteer commitment).

Presale Passes

Consignors will receive one Consignor Presale Pass and two Guest Presale Passes.  Write your name on the back of your guest passes and give them to your friends.

At the end of the PRESALE EVENT, we will take all "friend passes" that have been turned in and draw one. The consignor's name on that pass will receive 80% profit on their items.
